Can anyone ask or a distance healing on my frozen shoulder?
I had this pain and loss of motion 4 months for. (It is also known as adhesive capsulitis and no doctors know what causes or cure IT). I've never felt anything worse than a migraine that lasted only a few hours. Nothing helps with the pain – it's so intense. I'm open to anything to stop this suffering – even reiki is only recently that I heard and do not fully understand. I am desperate to get my arm moving again! Thanks to everyone – I read the last 2, Fri, and I noticed that every morning pain was less. It is surprising that it can last as long as a year, but I have studied and what most experts say. If true, I'm only 1 / 3 through it.
Hi Kay, a frozen shoulder may come from a tear Muscular or small muscle fibers, a very trivial incident. Because movement hurts suddenly more you will be good for your shoulder and work with it so little as possible and is strongly opposed-productive: the joint capsule contracts still more inflamed, and become increasingly difficult … after one minute you can not move your arm more. Normally, Doctors know very well, I recommend you visit a Feldenkrais practitioner. He will treat you with special hands on methods to give you exercises to to do at home.
